We built the AI infrastructure for a whole town

In July 2026, Crawley launched The Prosperity App: one platform connecting the town's businesses, residents, community groups and events. It was built and is run by MYT AI and MYT Automation, two Crawley companies, for our own town.

What we delivered

• 8,528 businesses mapped. Every company in Crawley, cross-matched with Companies House records and organised into real trade categories.
• Liz, a voice AI who remembers. Members talk to the app out loud. Liz knows the town's businesses, events and offers, learns what each member needs, and remembers them between conversations. Built on enterprise voice AI, integrated with the app's live data.
• A complete automation backbone. Every member, business and interaction flows into a CRM automatically: profiles, tags, claim journeys and follow-ups, with no manual data entry anywhere.
• QR-connected events. Scan-in registration, digital badges, and every handshake recorded as a business connection.
• Launched with Metro Bank, the town's founding local partner, at their Crawley store.
